I think it’s important to be always improving. It helps to continually develop a deeper understanding of skills and mindsets that will take you to the next level. Because I want more out of life, I’ve been making an effort to study those who have been, or are currently successful.
Here’s a few things that I’m studying that I believe will help me get there. I thought I could share them with you, in hopes that they help you as well.
First two are books by Price Pritchett:
You2 (read as “you squared”): A High Velocity Formula for Multiplying Your Personal Effectiveness in Quantum Leaps
And
The Quantum Leap Strategy
They’re short little books that I was introduced to while watching one of Bob Proctor’s YouTube videos. He makes phenomenal content based on the Science of Getting Rich. My goal is to internalize and actualize my dreams through the principles of these books. They are easy to read, with simple to follow chapters, but my god is it hard to implement to the fullest extent. Sometimes the most simple things can be the most difficult to master. I’ve found that foundation, especially in Kung Fu for example, takes moments to get the gist of, but can take thousands of repetitions to get the hang of, and this is all assuming that the repetitions are done properly. And many sessions of trial, error, and trying to understand at a deeper level, before being able to do it well without thought.
The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles
The vocabulary and style of this book felt difficult to read at first, but listening to it helped tremendously. However, like the first two books in this post, it takes a lot of repetition to understand the nuances of the book. It takes the application of principles to plant the seeds, and constant repetition to keep watering it. I’ve yet to see the full fruits of my studies, but intuitively I know I’m being pulled in the right direction.
Your Wish Is Your Command by Kevin Trudeau
Just started listening to this yesterday. I was told about it by some acquaintances during a Joel Bauer seminar several years back. For some reason it entered my mind to revisit the concept and find the audio this week. It’s 14 CD’s, I just finished the 3rd cd. Felt compelled to write before moving on. One takeaway is that to be a master, you must master the fundamentals. This applies to everything in my life currently, as I am called to apply the concepts and see my life manifest my desires magnificently.
I’ll update as I find more material, or find new levels of success in my life. I hope these things help you on your journey.
