What if everything that we ever think becomes real? I think it happens, but in relation to the feeling of our thoughts. Those thoughts with more emotional content will be more likely to become part of our reality. In this sense, perhaps we’re all psychic espers who shape the world and create.
It takes me back to Earl Nightingale’s quote from The Strangest Secret, “We become what we think about” From Napoleon Hill, to Bob Proctor, to some of the wealthiest of our time, the ability to think of a desire for long enough, enables the actions necessary to make it happen. It also transmits the thought wave towards the Universe, metaphysically calling forth the forces unseen to create what we want in this life. Ironically it can create what we don’t want just as easily, which means we have to be careful of what we think. We also need to be careful of how we feel.
Yes there will be moments that can feel frustrating, but if we give in and feed that frustration, that’s when the avalanche comes in. But if we can bring our awareness to it without attaching to it, so that the feeling becomes fleeting, and replace it with a feeling of acceptance, forgiveness, or gratitude of some other unrelated thing, then we shift our mind and where our focus is.
If I think about what I want for long enough, and believe wholeheartedly that it’s going to happen, without any doubt, then it’s going to happen. Others can say what they want, but people said that flying was impossible, and some human’s have proven it’s not. They said that going to space was impossible, some people still believe it’s not possible, and yet there are those who have proven the nay sayers wrong. Wim Hof climbed Mount Everest in shorts, and he was able to teach his breathing method to other people in order to overcome physical ailments.
It’s easy to write off huge accomplishments as one-off’s or “they’re just lucky”. The more likely reason was that they had the will to push through uncertainty and doubt. They did what they wanted to do, because they decided what they wanted to do, come hell or high water. Not everyone is successful the first time, but “failure” is another stepping stone called a lesson. And if the thought of a desire is held long enough, it will happen. I believe it will, and that this is a Law of the Universe.
We are infinite beings. And the more we understand the inner workings of both the physical and metaphysical world, the more likely we are able to influence the powers of the Force and bend reality to our will.
