Feelings Manifest Reality

It’s common to say that our thoughts manifest reality. For some it may be overlooked that the feelings behind the thoughts are the main cues that the universe takes into account for manifesting reality.

Think about it for a moment, if you’re in a negative state of feeling, you can say all the positive affirmations, and yet you may experience more things that are more in line with how you feel. Yet look at someone who talks a lot of shit, but they have fun doing it, sometimes they seem like they’re just lucky because the universe is reflecting back how they feel.

However…!!

The luck for anyone who talks negatively will run out though because how they feel will eventually catch up to what they’re thinking. And vice versa, if one thinks the right thoughts, and speaks the right way to themselves, their feelings will also catch up to their thoughts and they can ride the wave of abundance that way.

The universe reacts to our subconscious, whether we like it or not. And our subconscious is programmed more through feelings than by particular thoughts. This is why certain thoughts are more likely to influence our subconscious than others. They are thoughts that have been imbued with feeling, and repeated over and over.

One thing that I’ve learned from martial arts and dance, is that repetition is necessary to make something automatic. And if I want to automatically be thinking of good thoughts and feeling good all the time, then I need to consciously do it until it doesn’t need any conscious effort.

And these good thoughts and feelings manifest in spectacular ways. It opens the floodgates of abundance and happy circumstances. Hope this helps your journey!
