Gratitude Helps

Maintaining a positive attitude is key to getting better everyday. There’s always something we can be grateful for. The positive vibrations that stem from the act of writing it down, saying it out loud, or thinking of the things we’re grateful for will reach infinity to create opportunities and circumstances that will increase our gratitude.

It helps to become happier. The happier we are, the better our life experiences will be. The snowball effect is subtle at first, but greater things lie ahead as we chart down a positive path.

Negativity is always lurking around the corner because it’s the habit of 99% of people. But gratitude can always bring us back.

An easy exercise is writing or intentionally thinking of a list starting with “I’m grateful for..” then going through what you currently have, and what you’re going to have in your ideal future (preferably in present tense since the subconscious doesn’t distinguish time too well). It’s easy and simple to do, but also easy not to do.

Eventually it can become second nature, and it’ll be worth it. Some of the most successful people start and/or end their day with gratitude. I’m sure there’s something we can learn from that.
